1. Percentage of males in the production department is: [288/640]*100 = 45%

2. Post graduates in marketing department = 32
Male Post graduates = 25% = 8
Hence, female Post graduates = 24
Hence, Male non Post graduates = 48-8 = 40
Required difference = 40-24 = 16

3. Difference = 40-32 = 8

4. Required percentage = [32/80]*100 = 40%

5. Males in Accounts department = 288
Total males = 380
Difference = 92
Required percentage = [92/288]*100 = approx. 32%

Detail Solution:- 
Total employees = 800 ⇒ total males = 0.475*800 = 380
Total Post graduates = 0.53*800 = 424
80% employees = in Production department = 640
Number of Post graduates in Production department = 0.55*640 = 352
Now, rest employees (800-640 = 160 are equally divided between marketing and accounts. Thus, both has 80-80 employees.
Number of males in Marketing = 0.6*80 = 48
Number of males in Accounts = 0.55*80 = 44
Post graduates in Accounts = 0.50*80 = 40
Post graduates in Marketing = 424-[352+40] = 32
And number of males in Production = 380-[48+44] = 288
