The arrangement machine rearrange one number followed by a word in each step. In Step I it rearrange a least odd no. first which is followed by a vowels (in reverse alphabetical order). In step II it rearrange a highest even no. which is followed by consonant (in reverse alphabetical order). The process get repeated so on.
